Roy Homes Kits Supply

Roy Homes currently supply kit homes to self builders throughout the UK, Europe and the Falkland Islands. All of our kit supply customers can select any one of the following options when using our kit supply services:

1	Select a house from our new product range, amended in any way you choose
2	Roy Homes will design you a bespoke house to suit your requirements and budget
3	Roy Homes will supply you a bespoke house kit from your own architectural drawings

Furthermore, if your plot is located within 120 miles of Inverness we can also erect the timber frame kit for you, leaving you to select your own contractor to finish the project. We can also assist with other aspects of the build, such as planning permissions and building warrant applications, ground preparation and foundations.
